1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the M21 DETAILING LIMITED mobile car wash service ("Service"), provided by M21 DETAILING LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 13751892). By requesting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Description
M21 DETAILING LIMITED provides mobile car washing and valeting services throughout Greater Manchester. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All prices are as listed on our website and are subject to change. An emergency callout surcharge of £40 applies to all bookings made between 22:00–06:00 and on Saturdays and Sundays.
3. Booking & Payment
Quotes submitted via our website are requests for service, not confirmed bookings. We will contact you to confirm availability and pricing. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and bank transfer. All prices are in British pounds sterling and are inclusive of any applicable charges noted on the website.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel a booking at any time by calling us. If a technician has already been dispatched to your location, a £20 call-out fee may apply. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather or vehicle breakdown.
5. Vehicle Condition & Access
You must ensure that the vehicle is accessible and that you or an authorised person is present at the time of service. M21 DETAILING LIMITED is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle. We will not be liable for any loss of items left in the vehicle. Please remove all personal valuables before the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
M21 DETAILING LIMITED's liability for any claim arising from the provision of our services is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, including loss of earnings. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Biohazard & Incident Cleaning
For biohazard cleaning services (blood, bodily fluids), we use professional-grade disinfectants and follow appropriate safety protocols. Waste materials are disposed of safely. We cannot guarantee complete removal of all stains in every circumstance, and outcomes may vary depending on the severity and age of the incident.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
